Meet The Team

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team and lead strategic cross-functional projects and initiatives in the EMEA region. Our Program Management team is focused on driving business transformations to support and enable organizational efficiency and growth. Where You Come In

• You will lead strategic regional projects and initiatives.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
• You will be an active member of the project management community in the EMEA and APAC regions.
• Collaborate with business and functional partners to define project/program requirements.
• Develop and implement an execution plan based on the project’s scope, timeline, and available resources.
• Support the execution team in resolving roadblocks and managing interdependencies.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular progress updates.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
• Track project outcomes and measure stakeholder satisfaction using established metrics and service levels.
  
  

What Makes You Successful

• You have a minimum of 3 years of advanced project management experience in a global organization.
• You possess strong stakeholder management skills.
• You have excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to communicate clearly, evaluate information effectively, make informed decisions, anticipate obstacles, and develop plans to resolve issues.
• You have a change-oriented mindset that actively seeks process improvements, drives change initiatives, creatively addresses challenging circumstances, balances multiple and competing priorities, and executes tasks efficiently.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project/Program Management certifications would be an advantage.

Experience And Education Requirements

Monthly base salary for this position is from €3,591.25 to €4,436.25 gross. Final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
