About The Project

We’re looking for an experienced Visual UX/UI Designer (freelance) to help take one of our Team.blue public websites to the next level. This is not just a visual refresh — we’re aiming for a creative evolution that reflects our brand’s growing maturity, trust, and innovation.

You will create a refined design concept that strengthens our digital storytelling, builds credibility, and inspires our users across markets. The deliverables will guide our internal development team through a cohesive, visually striking design system and component templates.

What You’ll Do

• Develop a visual concept and direction that reflects the evolution of the Team.blue brand.
• Design engaging layouts, interfaces, and visual assets for key pages (desktop & mobile).
• Define typography, color, imagery, and interaction style to support storytelling and usability.
• Create a design system or component template set for handoff to developers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders (brand, content, product, dev) to refine and validate design directions.
• Ensure consistency across different pages, templates, and use cases.
• Deliver polished Figma files and interaction guidelines for implementation.
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years experience in UX/UI design with a focus on visual storytelling and brand expression.
• Strong portfolio with corporate websites, SaaS, or digital product companies.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma, and optionally tools like Framer, Adobe CC, or Webflow.
• Experience creating design systems and collaborating with development teams.
• Ability to translate strategic brand inputs into aesthetic and functional interfaces.
• Self-starting, structured, and comfortable working with remote teams.

• Experience with motion UI or microinteractions.
• Affinity with B2B or tech brand environments.
