YOUR MISSION:

  • Lead and inspire a team of UX/UI designers to deliver exceptional digital experiences across all PUMA Direct-to-Consumer touchpoints (E-Commerce, App)
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management, Development, Strategy, and Brand teams to shape and execute the UX/UI vision aligned with PUMA’s business objectives
  • Ensure consistency and excellence in user experience through the development and maintenance of design systems and brand guidelines
  • Leverage data, user research, and insights to continuously optimize the digital journey, improving usability, accessibility, and conversion
  • Translate complex business and customer needs into simple, engaging, and effective digital solutions
  • Act as the key point of contact for UX/UI topics globally, aligning regional needs with global design strategies
  • Stay ahead of design and technology trends, continuously bringing innovation and fresh thinking to the team
  • Foster a collaborative and creative design culture within the team and across departments.

YOUR TALENT:

  • Proven experience in UX/UI design leadership, ideally within the E-Commerce or Retail sectors
  • Strong design portfolio demonstrating user-centered design principles, visual storytelling, and intuitive user experiences
  • Experience leading and mentoring design teams in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale and influence stakeholders
  • Proficiency in UX research, prototyping, and testing methodologies to inform design decisions
  • Solid understanding of design systems, accessibility, and responsive design across digital platforms
  • Project management skills with the ability to prioritize, manage, and execute design initiatives from concept to delivery
  • Familiarity with global trends in digital consumer behavior and design innovation.
