We are looking for a technically skilled and creative AI Engineer to join our team and help shape how large language models (LLMs) interact with users. If you are passionate about prompt engineering, human-AI interaction, and working directly with advanced AI systems, this role is an exciting opportunity to work at the cutting edge of AI innovation.

What you’ll work on

• Design, test, and optimize prompts and prompt chains for various business use cases.
• Analyze and refine model outputs for accuracy, tone, relevance, and clarity.
• Experiment with and evaluate different LLM platforms, APIs, and architectures.
• Build lightweight tools, scripts, or internal libraries to automate and manage prompt variations, fine-tuning, and evaluation workflows.
• Collaborate with product and business teams to translate client needs into robust AI-powered solutions.
• Maintain structured documentation of prompt strategies, model evaluations, and engineering insights.
• Provide technical leadership on AI best practices, scalability, and ethical considerations.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Cognitive Science, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience with LLMs and API-based AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, LLaMa).
• Strong Python programming skills (experience with JavaScript or other languages a plus).
• Solid experience working with LLM APIs, including prompt engineering, evaluation, and fine-tuning.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps practices.
• Strong analytical thinking, with excellent attention to detail and language structure.
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
• Bonus: Experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector databases, or LangChain.
