About the Role:

We’re looking for a Digital Business Analyst & Project Manager to join our team and lead the analysis, design, and delivery of digital initiatives. In this dual role, you’ll be the bridge between business and technology—translating complex needs into scalable digital solutions, while managing the project lifecycle to ensure smooth execution.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements
• Analyze and map business processes, identifying opportunities for digitalization and automation
• Work with technical teams to co-design digital solutions that meet business goals
• Leverage tools like Power BI or Tableau for data-driven decision-making and performance tracking
• Produce functional documentation, process flows, and user guides
• Develop project plans, track milestones, and manage project risks and dependencies
• Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, ensuring alignment across teams
• Support continuous improvement by identifying and recommending process enhancements

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of experience in Business Analysis and/or Project Management, ideally in digital/IT environments
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Visio, Power BI, or Tableau
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with technical and business teams
• Agile, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (advanced certifications like CBAP, PMI-PBA or PMP are a plus)
• Fluent in English
