#yourmission

• Participate in business requirements analysis and software design
• Develop software to meet design requirements by following coding standards
• Improve technical and business knowledge by constantly researching new technologies and software products
• Playing an active role in all phases of the integration life-cycle such as generating incoming and outgoing documents in the D365 system, synchronization of main company data, transaction overview
• Coordinate, delegate and monitor team tasks
• Drive the team to deliver on-time, within scope, expected quality and set KPIs
• Communicate team status, task accomplishment and direction
• Closely monitor Team performance

• Leadership aspirations/experience
• You are efficient, goal-oriented, you like things structured and neat
• You have a strong desire and willingness to learn, to be challenged every day and develop new skills
• Willing to work on SaaS or OnPrem projects
• You have experience in software development using technologies similar to SQL, Java, AL, Visual Studio Code
• You are interested in business processes
• You have experience with database modelling
• You are proficient in English
• It's a plus if you have a basic knowledge of MS Azure, PowerPlatforms, ERP development – or you can learn that along the way 😉.
