PM - Slovenia

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in infrastructure projects and fluency in Slovenian. The ideal candidate will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT infrastructure initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets. This role requires excellent stakeholder management skills, technical understanding of infrastructure environments, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Slovenian.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure projects (e.g., data center migrations, network upgrades, cloud transitions, hardware rollouts).
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including internal IT, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution and escalation.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations in both Slovenian and English.
• Support procurement and vendor management processes related to infrastructure services.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on infrastructure.
• Proven track record of delivering complex IT infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies (e.g., servers, networks, storage, cloud platforms).
• Fluency in Slovenian and English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
