Backend Developer

We are Métrica, a business consulting, systems integration, IT services and solutions company committed to the Information Society and technological development.

At Métrica, we are looking for a Backend Developer: Java & Web Technologies with at least 3 years of experience for a Technological Transformation project with a major client in the financial sector.

The ideal candidate should have the following skills:

• Kafka and event-driven architecture.
• Kafka Streams or Flink.
• Java with Spring / Spring Boot frameworks and Maven.
• Drools.
• Relational and non-relational databases.
• Version control with Git.
• Synchronous REST services (OpenAPI: JSON / YAML) and asynchronous (AsyncAPI).
• Deployment and management of containerized applications: Kubernetes / OpenShift.
• High level of English (C1/B2+).

Desirable knowledge:

• React, Python, OpenTelemetry, Elasticsearch.
• Public cloud (AWS, Azure).
• Security: OAuth, OIDC, JWT.
