Information Security Analyst

Teleperformance is seeking a dedicated and experienced Information Security Analyst. This role will be responsible for data protection, compliance and information security.

Role & Responsibilities

As part of our Information Security team, you will:

• Ensure company-wide compliance with GDPR and ISO 27001 standards;
• Create, implement, and update internal security documentation, procedures, and policies;
• Monitor, audit, and improve the Information Security Management System (ISMS);
• Support incident management by investigating security breaches and coordinating responses;
• Report security metrics and policy violations with accuracy and transparency;
• Organize and participate in internal audits and supplier performance evaluations;
• Conduct regular risk assessments, vulnerability scans, and support mitigation efforts;
• Collaborate with department heads to implement necessary security measures;
• Keep pace with emerging threats and proactively update security frameworks.

Qualifications & personal attributes

• Higher education (university degree);
• Advanced proficiency in English;
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles;
• Strong command of Microsoft Office and general PC operation;
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills;
• Proactive mindset, with attention to detail, procedures, and deadlines;
• Understanding of security frameworks and regulatory compliance best practices.
