Senior Software Engineer with iOS/Android Experience

We are looking for an experienced iOS/Android Engineer who could help us build tools that assist experts in understanding the needs of our listeners. You will primarily work on the SDKs that we build for engineers and data scientists to analyze user behavior data, enhancing the overall experience for our clients' users.

Main Responsibilities

  • Innovate at a high pace to support development at scale and become a valued member of an autonomous team of developers, designers, and product managers.
  • Play an important part in our engineering practices and develop impactful solutions.
  • Deliver scalable, testable, maintainable, and high-quality code that will scale across multiple projects and distributed engineering teams.
  • Join dozens of other engineers to shape the direction of iOS development, bringing the joy of music to millions of users.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience as an iOS/Android Engineer, preferably at scale.
  • Deep understanding of modern iOS development and tooling.
  • Proficient in writing readable, maintainable, and performant object-oriented code in Objective-C and Swift.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work inclusively as part of a team.
  • A commitment to quality, testing practices, and overall product performance.
  • Eagerness to learn and expand areas of expertise.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Bazel, Kotlin, Java, BigQuery, Android, C++, and build/productivity tools would be a bonus.

Other Details

We are a distributed workforce, enabling our band members to find a work mode that best suits them! This position is available in the UK or Sweden. The expected duration is from 2025-08-04 to 2025-12-31.
