Part-Time Working Student (Operasyon)

For our Siemens Financial Services, we are looking a dynamic, motivated, and team-oriented part time working student.

What are my responsibilities?

• Receiving incoming and outgoing documents, scanning them, notifying the relevant employee, and archiving them both in hardcopy and softcopy formats
• Checking the accuracy of incoming operational documents and informing relevant parties about missing items
• Assisting the Operations team with document tracking
  
  

What do I need to qualify for this job?

• University of 3rd or 4th class student in Finance, Economics, Logistics, etc.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel)
• Familiar with office equipment
• Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to act quickly and follow through on tasks
• Team player with a solution-oriented mindset
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Able to work full days at least 3 times a week during the academic term
