Software Factory Product Owner with DevOps experience

Project Description:

Client engages in the business of designing, manufacturing and exporting motor vehicles, engines, transmissions, differentials and their components at its manufacturing locations in Turkey, for sales in the domestic and foreign markets.

Client has requested Luxoft to undertake engineering design and consultancy support to a new Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) Development program that meets the technical and attribute requirements, which will be produced and/or sold worldwide the Client and its licensees.

Responsibilities:

- Experienced Agile Product Owner with experience in Software Factory

- Proficient in Product Planning, Backlog management, prioritization

- Successful track record of developing SW Factory and automation platforms

- SW development experience in embedded systems for Automotive

- Experience with the SW integration of SW modules in multi-supplier environment

- Service and Delivery Milestones preparation

- Support the customer during the project life cycle

- Work closely with the development teams and the customer on delivering value in each increment

Mandatory Skills Description:

- Proven experience as a Product Owner in an Agile setup, with a strong understanding of product lifecycle, backlog grooming, and stakeholder alignment.

- Demonstrated success in designing, evolving, and delivering Software Factory or DevOps platforms tailored to embedded software development.

- Skilled in translating customer and business needs into well-defined backlog items and prioritizing them based on impact and dependencies.

- Background in automotive embedded software development and real-time systems.

- Familiarity with integrating software modules across multiple suppliers and ensuring alignment with architecture and quality expectations.

- Ability to define and manage service-level and delivery milestones, ensuring timely and quality releases.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to engage with both customer and development teams for delivering aligned and valuable solutions.

- Experience providing end-to-end project support, from initial planning through delivery and evolution of the software factory components.
