Senior Project Manager

The growing Advanced Operations team in the new manufacturing site in Skawina is looking for a Senior Project Manager, to lead the innovative projects, bringing in latest products and technical solutions.

What you will do:

• Lead the team in the development of the project charter and management plan. Direct, manage, monitor, and control project. Evaluate tradeoffs within project.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to develop, manage and own project scope. Create detailed Work Breakdown Structure.
• Build successful working relationships with internal and external personnel in various departments.
• Drive results in support of the business, even in the face of demanding timelines.
• Understand and communicate how goals fit into broader organizational goals, and prioritize tasks/schedule accordingly.
  
  

What do you need:

• Degree in engineering
• Proven depth of work experience as a Project Manager in a manufacturing environment
• Very good knowledge of English and Polish
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a changing environment
• PMP or equivalent preferred
