We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Senior Product Manager to join our team and drive product strategy, execution, and growth for our flagship platform, Opus.

Position Overview

As a Senior Product Manager, you will own core product areas of the Opus platform and play a critical role in translating business vision and user needs into intuitive, scalable features. You will work closely with engineering, design, go-to-market, and leadership teams to define roadmaps, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of high-impact solutions. You’ll be expected to combine deep user empathy with technical acumen and commercial awareness.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

• Own and evolve the product roadmap in alignment with company goals and customer feedback.
• Prioritize and scope features based on business impact, technical feasibility, and user value.
• Define product KPIs, success metrics, and iterative improvement plans.

Execution & Delivery

• Lead sprint planning and cross-functional execution with engineering, design, and QA teams.
• Maintain a high-quality, groomed product backlog with clear requirements and user stories.
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features from concept to launch.

User & Market Insight

• Conduct discovery sessions, client workshops, and market research to identify user needs and opportunities.
• Leverage usage analytics and feedback loops to inform feature enhancements.
• Benchmark against competitors and industry trends in AI and workflow automation.

Stakeholder Communication

• Serve as the primary product point-of-contact across engineering, operations, marketing, and leadership.
• Communicate product decisions and roadmaps effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Produce clear documentation, release notes, and product training materials.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree or certification in Product Management (e.g., Pragmatic, AIPMM) is a plus.

Experience:

• 5–8 years of experience in product management, ideally in enterprise SaaS or AI-driven platforms.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling B2B or enterprise products.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile environments.
• Background in highly regulated or workflow-heavy industries is a strong plus.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of software development processes and agile methodologies.
• Data-driven decision-making and familiarity with tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Notion, Figma, or other collaboration and PM tools.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically.
• Passion for AI, automation, and building products that deliver measurable impact.
