Senior Frontend Developer (SCDS/TK)

We are seeking a skilled and creative Senior Frontend Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in frontend development in a product company, with a passion for creating visually appealing and user-friendly User Interfaces. As a Senior Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for both individual contributions and collaborative teamwork to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Translate design mockups and wireframes into functional frontend.
• Create responsive layouts that work seamlessly across different screens and devices.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX Designer to design user-centric frontend interfaces and ensuring consistency across interfaces.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
• Optimize user interfaces for speed, performance and scalability.
• Work closely with backend developers, both onsite and offshore, to integrate frontend components with server-side logic.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility across all frontend interfaces.
• Perform code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure software quality and performance.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Assist the team to consult, design and architect a high-performance solution to address customer pain points.
• Follow an API-first development methodology to ensure robust and scalable API design, enabling smooth frontend-backend integration.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies, tools, and trends in software development to continuously improve skills and contribute to innovation.
• Establish and facilitate in Agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, stand-up meetings, and retrospectives.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in frontend development. Familiarity with healthcare customer requirements and regulations are good-to-haves.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
• Knowledge and experience with frontend frameworks (e.g. React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Knowledge of responsive design principles.
• Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency in English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Desirable Skills and Experiences:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools for infrastructure as code are good-to-have.
