Senior Golang Backend Engineer (Temporal/Encore/Banking)

We're hiring 4-5 Senior backend developers to help us build a bank in Go.

We're a 2.5 year old firm, in the last few years, we've built the whole bank, launched it and are scaling up rapidly. The whole bank is built from scratch using Go.

We use the Encore.dev framework to allow us to rapidly develop and safetly release to production multiple times a day. We use Temporal (Temporal.io) durable execution to make building business logic that must run, and can run for months safe and easy.

Our team is a mixture locations (Singapore, Tbilisi and soon Dubai and Remote).

We're hiring globally, but candidates must be willing to come to beautiful Tbilisi for 3-6 months initially. Candidates already in Singapore can do onboarding in Singapore.

After onboarding/probation (6 months typically) we can sponsor visas to Georgia, Singapore, Dubai.

Our hiring process is fast but rigourous.
