APAC Product Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Hudson is exclusively retained by a global leader in industrials sector to headhunt for a Product Manager.

You will be responsible for overseeing multiple product lines throughout their entire lifecycle—from development to market execution. Acting as the champion of your assigned products, you will collaborate closely with internal teams, external customers, and key stakeholders to ensure market success. This role requires a strong commercial mindset, deep technical understanding, and a passion for delivering solutions.

Product Marketing & Management:

• Develop and execute a strategic product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
• Drive go-to-market strategies, ensuring competitive differentiation and strong customer adoption.
• Launch and position products by collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing teams.
• Lead all stages of the product lifecycle, from business case development to global and regional product launches.
• Manage pricing strategies, sales & operations planning, forecasting, and inventory control to optimize product availability and profitability.

Market Analysis:

• Conduct in-depth competitor analysis, evaluating value propositions, pricing models, and market share insights.
• Identify emerging trends and new business opportunities to stay ahead in the market.

Customer Support

• Serve as the go-to expert for product applications, providing technical training, collateral, and support to sales and distributors.
• Be the trusted advisor, deeply understanding customer needs and translating them into tailored solutions.

THE QUALIFIED CANDIDATE:

• Degree in Business, Engineering or other related fields.
• At least 7 years in Product Marketing / Management, Business Development-related positions
• Key Skills: Product Strategy; Market Analysis; Product Management; Industrial Goods
