As an Associate Project Manager at Rho, you will play a critical role in supporting cross-functional clinical research projects. You will assist senior project managers by helping to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within budget, contributing to the overall success of our projects.

Your responsibilities will include assisting in project planning, managing timelines, coordinating team activities, and communicating with stakeholders. You'll have the opportunity to learn from experienced project managers while also contributing your insights and skills to enhance client experiences.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Assist in the development and management of project timelines and deliverables.
  • Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders to ensure efficient information flow.
  • Support the project team in executing project plans and strategies.
  • Monitor project progress and report on the status of tasks and milestones.
  • Help prepare project documentation, including meeting minutes, project reports, and presentations.
  • Assist in identifying potential risks and challenges for the project and recommend solutions.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on project strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, project management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in project management or related roles, ideally within a clinical research setting.
  • Basic understanding of clinical trial processes, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and regulatory requirements preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically and make decisions.
  • Adept at using project management tools and software.
  • Team-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and success.
  • Proactive and adaptable to changing project requirements.
