Solution Delivery Engineer- Qatar

Job Summary:

The Solution Delivery Engineer is responsible for the end-to-end implementation and delivery of technical solutions that meet client requirements. This includes participating in design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support phases. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to communicate effectively in both Arabic and English to work closely with clients and internal teams across all stages of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solution designs.
• Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and business analysts to ensure solution alignment with client needs.
• Configure, implement, and support software solutions based on design documents and business needs.
• Participate in project planning and delivery activities, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Coordinate and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Support integration activities between systems, applications, or platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the delivery lifecycle and provide root cause analysis.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including configuration guides, user manuals, and deployment checklists.
• Serve as the technical point of contact during implementation, liaising with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with best practices, security standards, and change management procedures.
• Continuously look for improvements in the delivery methodology and contribute to an internal knowledge base.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in solution delivery, system implementation, or technical consulting.
• Strong understanding of system integration, APIs, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Familiarity with database systems (SQL/NoSQL) and cloud platforms (Azure) is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, PMP,).
• Understanding of Agile and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with different domains such as government, services providers...etc.
