Senior Project Manager

The opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to lead and coordinate service projects within our Service Center. The role involves managing the full project lifecycle—from planning to execution—ensuring timely delivery, cost control, and customer satisfaction while adhering to Hitachi Energy’s quality and safety standards.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Planning, executing, and monitoring service projects (installation, maintenance, upgrades, retrofits).
• Coordinating cross-functional teams including field engineers, supply chain, and finance.
• Communicating with customers regarding project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements.
• Managing project documentation, reporting, and risk mitigation.
• Controlling project budget and ensuring profitability.

Your background

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering is preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the energy or industrial sector.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, SAP).
• PMP certification.
• Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
