Development Team Lead (LLM)

We are seeking a talented Development Team Lead with proficiency in Large Language Models to join our team.

The Development Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of GenAI, Python developers and Data Scientist in the implementation and enhancement of a generative AI and large learning models development platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of developers in the design, development, testing, and integration of the generative AI and large learning models development platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define models based on use cases and prioritize minimum viable product (MVP) development
• Assess the technical and economic feasibility of the MVP and make recommendations for adjustments or enhancements
• Support the deployment and on-premises integration of the developed platform using the AI DIAL platform
• Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards for Python development
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative development environment
  
  

Requirements

• Proficient in Python with a strong core understanding of the language
• Experience working with large language models and Python for data analytics
• Strong leadership skills with experience leading and managing a team of developers
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English at a B2+ level
• Demonstrated ability to assess technical and economic feasibility of projects
