We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Create promotional design materials (banners, landing pages, social media visuals, product ads) that reflect our brand and engage our audiences;
• Analyze current visual assets, propose innovative creative approaches, and iterate on design strategy;
• Maintain visual consistency and brand integrity across all projects and platforms;
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, content, and product teams to align creative output with business goals;
• Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, creative workshops, and team knowledge sharing;
• Deliver high-quality design work on time and in accordance with internal standards.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design;
• Advanced skills in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator;
• Proven ability to produce high-impact, brand-aligned visual solutions with a strong grasp of composition, color, and typography;
• Working knowledge of UX/UI fundamentals, including responsive design and layout structure;
• Proficiency in using Figma’s Auto Layout, components, and styles effectively;
• Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and adaptability in fast-paced environments;
• A collaborative mindset, openness to feedback, and commitment to continuous learning
  
  

Nice to have:

• Experience with AI-powered design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, others) to generate visuals;
• Understanding of how design impacts marketing performance;
• Experience creating responsive visuals for different formats (social media, landing pages, banners);
• Participation in creative sessions, brainstorming, and team workshops.
