We’re looking for a Data Privacy & InfoSec Specialist to strengthen our Privacy & Compliance team. This role combines expertise in data protection regulations with information security knowledge to help our clients build robust compliance and security frameworks. 

You’ll design and implement GDPR programs, privacy documentation, and InfoSec processes, working closely with legal, product, and engineering teams. If you enjoy turning complex regulations into practical workflows and advising innovative tech companies, this role is for you.

• 2+ years of experience in data protection, privacy compliance, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR and other major frameworks (e.g., UK GDPR, CCPA).
• Experience in creating privacy strategies, performing gap assessments, and advising on data processing activities.
• Experience in coordination of multi-jurisdictional compliance tasks.
• InfoSec mindset: broad exposure to ISO 27001, SOC 2, cloud security, and risk management best practices.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new regulations and technologies.
• Skilled in managing cross-border compliance and InfoSec collaboration.
• Ability to simplify complex legal and security concepts for clients.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

• Certifications: CIPM, CIPP/E, ISO 27001 Lead, etc.
• Experience in privacy tech tools and compliance automation.
• Experience of cooperation with EU-based companies (as inhouse specialist or external consultant) which obtained ISO2700

• Act as Strategic Advisor: Guide clients on GDPR and global privacy strategy, while offering key insights on information security posture.
• Build Privacy & Security Frameworks: Develop legal roadmaps and integrate InfoSec principles.
• Draft & Review Privacy & Security Documentation: Prepare data protection policies, DPIAs, security assessments, vendor risk evaluations, etc.
• Align Legal & Tech Teams: Coordinate with engineers, InfoSec pros, and external experts to align privacy with security compliance.
• Educate & Support Clients on Risk: Help clients understand not just privacy, but also InfoSec threats and mitigation strategies as part of their compliance journey.
• Design and Document Workflows: Create structured workflows for repeatable compliance tasks to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency across client projects.
