We’re hiring a Production Program Manager to lead daily factory operations while acting as the primary point of contact for customers and internal teams. This is a hands-on, on-site role for someone who can manage production schedules, resolve on-ground issues quickly, and coordinate across functions like Quality, Engineering, SCM, and NPI. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing shop floor execution with customer-facing responsibilities in a fast-paced manufacturing setup.

🛠 What You'll Do:

• Own daily production issue resolution — unblock line stoppages, coordinate across teams, and drive on-ground execution

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers — handle escalations, align expectations, and ensure delivery

• Collaborate with Production, SCM, Quality, Engineering, and NPI teams to resolve real-time issues

• Manage program KPIs — output, timelines, launch readiness, and line stability

• Support new product introductions (NPIs) and product transfers at the shop floor level

• Monitor key metrics, cost, and vendor timelines — ensure visibility and accountability

✅ What You Bring:

• 8+ years in a plant-based production or manufacturing program role (EMS, electronics, auto preferred)

• Hands-on experience resolving production floor issues and coordinating cross-functionally

• Strong communication skills — comfortable with internal teams and external customers

• Familiarity with tools like MS Project, SAP, Excel, trackers

• Open to a full-time site-based role in Hosur — this is not remote

• Prior exposure to greenfield setups is a strong advantage — you understand how to navigate evolving issues with systems, utilities, and team maturity.

• Have at least 8 years of experience in production-heavy project/program roles.
