ABOUT THE ROLE

A Unity game developer is sought for a personal remote project in the early planning and research phase. The developer will collaborate to shape the scope and timeline of the game, offering technical guidance while building core functionality using Unity and C#. This is an opportunity to contribute to a creative, personal project from the ground up, with flexibility in workflow and location. The project is open to receiving offers from freelancers at various experience levels, provided there is proficiency with Unity and a proactive, communicative approach.

Requirements

  • Experience developing games in Unity using C#
  • Ability to contribute to both planning and development phases
  • Understanding of game mechanics, UI implementation, and scene management in Unity
  • Willingness to advise on realistic timelines, technical requirements, and scope
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Comfortable working remotely without geographic restrictions
  • Portfolio or examples of previous Unity projects (preferred but not required)
