What will you be doing?


The applicant will play a crucial role in supporting the modernisation of our application portfolio. You will get involved in a wide range of activities from the fast paced daily operations to our more strategic digital transformation projects.


You will work closely :

  • with our operational business teams to develop new business requirements
  • with our product lead, technical and development teams to develop our applications and new solutions
  • with our corporate project teams to test and deploy new products into our market
  • with our support & maintenance team, deep dive analysis and solution delivery


You will contribute towards the simplification and modernisation of our applications, ensuring continuous business and process improvement.


Success will be measured by the pace of transformation, quality of delivery and customer satisfaction.



Who are you?


Motivated to deliver to deadlines, with a flexible can do mindset. You will be capable of building strong working relationships with stakeholders across local and corporate teams


You have experience of supporting delivery of digitalisation requirements using the Agile toolkit

Proficiency in Jira, Confluence ServiceNow and ITIL best practices


Previous role may have included Business product owner, Project Manager, Digital / CRM Manager, Support & Maintenance Analyst.
