Job Description
As Senior Manager, Strategic Insights, you'll use your blend of analytical expertise and commercial thinking to lead the delivery of strategic insights that directly impact commercial outcomes and member engagement. The role demands both strategic thinking and hands-on analysis, ensuring insights are grounded in rigorous data work while driving meaningful business outcomes.

You'll partner with squad leads, managers, and senior Loyalty executives to identify and prioritise opportunities that impact EBIT and customer engagement. Beyond project delivery, you'll contribute to our analytics chapter leadership, helping shape our people development, knowledge management, and data strategy. Multi-tasking with flexibility to meet stakeholder needs and deadlines across the business will be key to your success.
