The Human Resources Administrator is responsible for completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the HR department, and the field locations. The HR Administrator will support daily functions including Form I-9 compliance by providing assistance to field users, manage benefits program for temporary employee population, provide back up support for on/offboarding of internal employees, and entering changes in HRIS for temporary employees.


Responsabilities :


• Assist in the monitoring and compliance of Forms I-9 for Associate population including completing timely audits, List A document reverifications, I-9 receipt updates, working with branches to ensure compliance.

• Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compliance, on/offboarding of internal employees, assisting field staff with changes in HRIS for temporary employees.

• Responds to general employee inquiries regarding Form I-9 and E-Verify continually building positive, productive, respectful, and trusting employee relations.

• Monitor incoming emails to ensure timely responsiveness.

• Generate and submit Multi-State New Hire Reporting.

• Generate various reports related to the healthcare plan for Associates.

• Healthcare billing: monthly location breakdown and invoice reconciliation.

• Send Cobra letter to new enrollees monthly.

• ACA refunds, provide override and instructions to branch staff.

• Respond to Healthcare inquiries from associates and branch staff.

• Assist in the coordination of ACA healthcare plan yearly Open Enrollment.

• Coordinate and review ACA yearly reporting of 1095’s.

• Any other HR related tasks as assigned



Skills and qualifications:


• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and work with sensitive information.

• Planning, organizing, and effective time management.

• Excellent communication skills (written, oral, presentation, interpersonal, and listening).

• Problem analysis and problem solving.

• Resourceful with strong attention to detail.

• Good judgment; decision-making.

• Teamwork.

• Minimum two years of related HR experience including maintaining positive employee relations and [internal] customer service

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)

• Ability to reason logically and make sound decisions, to consider alternative and diverse perspectives, to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, and to interact effectively with others
