Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job Description

Amaris Consulting is looking for a talented Frontend Developer to join our team in Brussels. This role is ideal for someone passionate about modern frontend technologies and eager to collaborate in a hybrid work environment on complex microservices-based systems.

🔥 Your Responsibilities

• Design and develop dynamic web applications using Angular.
• Integrate frontend components with backend microservices and web services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth end-to-end system functionality.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives in an agile environment.
• Contribute to code reviews and maintain coding best practices.
• Use GitLab for version control and continuous integration workflows.
• Maintain a structured and reliable delivery pipeline.
  
  

🎯 Your Profile

• You have 5 to 10 years of professional experience as a Frontend Developer.
• Proficient with Angular, with solid understanding of microservices architecture and webservices integration.
• Experience working in agile environments with tools like GitLab and Jira.
• Comfortable communicating in French and Dutch (Dutch can be passive).
• Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
