Job Title: Machine Learning Engineer (Senior)

Work Mode: Hybrid (50% onsite – 50% remote)

Company & Mission Context:
As a Machine Learning Engineer within our organization, you will play a pivotal role in developing production-grade ML pipelines and deploying AI services. You will work closely with Data Scientists, Analysts, and IT Production teams to ensure that models are robust, scalable, and industrialized, from data ingestion to deployment and monitoring.
Your contribution will enable seamless integration between data science solutions and IT environments, ensuring the stability, retraining, and performance tracking of deployed ML models.
Key Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with Data Scientists to define and shape ML solutions with production readiness in mind (e.g., run infrastructure, ingestion design, synchronicity).
· Automate ML pipeline elements to ensure smooth integration and deployment (Docker containers, testing, environment setup).
· Assist Data Scientists in using CI/CD tools and industrial solutions for building, deploying, and monitoring ML models.
· Support IT production teams with configuration and parameterization of the target deployment environment.
· Ensure models are error-free, retrained as required (manually or automatically), and monitored for performance from both IT and business perspectives.
Required Skills & Experience:
Technical Experience:
Mandatory:
· Python programming
· Containerization/Virtualization (e.g., Docker)
· CI/CD (GitLab CI)
· AI Platforms & IDEs
· Code, model, and data versioning
· PostgreSQL
· Package and dependency management tools
Preferred:
· Experience with ELT/ETL tools and big data technologies (e.g., Spark)
· Data flow processing and data visualization tools
· Integration across technologies (distributed/mainframe systems)
· Model compression techniques
Business Experience:
· At least 4 years of relevant experience in ML engineering or similar roles
· Strong understanding of Agile methodology
