As a Discovery Lead, your role is to identify and frame high-value problems and lead discovery squads to design experiments, run proof of concepts, gather evidence, and validate ideas with users and business stakeholders. Ensure smooth handover to mission teams for further development.

You are likely to succeed at Enefit if you have:

• Discovery leadership

3+ years of experience in innovation or early-stage product roles, with a strong track record in leading discovery initiatives, managing the innovation funnel. Skilled in framing hypotheses, scoping PoCs, and driving structured handovers to product teams.

• Customer insights and experimentation

Deep expertise in user research and insight synthesis. Proficient in discovery methodology, including prototyping, interviewing, A/B testing, etc. to validate real customer needs and ensure problem-solution fit. Comfortable navigating uncertainty and using data to guide decisions.

• Cross-functional collaboration and execution

Experienced in forming and leading agile discovery squads, facilitating workshops, and working across product, tech, UX, and external innovation partners. Strong communication and stakeholder management.

• Metrics-driven and tool-savvy

Comfortable with Confluence, Jira, Figma, and Miro. Brings a metrics-driven mindset to every stage of discovery.
