Position: Software Engineering Trainee

Duration: 3 Months (with option to extend)

Date: Late August to the end of November, 2025

Location: Hybrid in Espoo, Finland

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

• Develop and maintain scalable and efficient microservices for AI systems
• Optimize existing pipelines for performance, scalability, and resource efficiency
• Conduct experiments and prototype new ideas to advance our AI system capabilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Prepare and present findings and insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  
  

Key Skills And Experience

• Currently a candidate for a Master’s or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field with an accredited school in Finland
• Experience in software development, and exposure to AI
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or C++ (any one of them is fine)
• Experience with system deployment frameworks (e.g., Docker, k8s)
• Excellent communication skills and team player attitude
