Our Digital Services team are looking for a Project Coordinator to help deliver world-class digital products and services to global media partners. From early planning to live event support, you’ll play a central role in ensuring everything runs smoothly.

📌 About the Role

Pre-Event:

• Assist in onboarding media partners and defining project scopes
• Gather and structure client requirements (editorial, technical, platform-related)
• Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors to shape delivery plans
• Help produce documentation: user flows, service overviews, implementation timelines

Implementation:

• Act as day-to-day coordinator between media partners and internal departments
• Track deliverables, risks, and milestones to ensure projects stay on schedule
• Validate service readiness and coordinate testing phases

Live Operations:

• Be the primary contact for your assigned media partners during the event
• Monitor live service delivery and escalate issues if needed
• Contribute to reporting, feedback, and post-event wrap-up

🛫 What makes a successful candidate?

• 2+ years' experience in project coordination, operations, events, or digital media
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Clear, confident communicator – comfortable working across teams and cultures
• A basic understanding of digital platforms, workflows, and live delivery (APIs, streaming, etc.)
• Proactive, flexible, and team-oriented
