🛠️ The Role

As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you’ll take ownership of system stability, scalability, and automation. You'll work at the intersection of software engineering and infrastructure—ensuring systems run smoothly and reliably at scale.

You’ll be joining a talented team of engineers who value clean code, strong architecture, and a culture of learning and ownership.

✅ What You’ll Do

• Design and manage scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP)
• Improve observability using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK
• Enhance and automate CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
• Drive SLO/SLI/error budget initiatives across teams
• Lead incident response and post-incident reviews
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve system resilience
• Mentor and support junior engineers

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ experience in SRE, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering
• Deep experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and containerized environments
• Strong cloud background (AWS or GCP preferred)
• Skilled in Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Pulumi, etc.)
• Proficient in scripting or programming (Python, Go, Bash)
• Passion for automation, observability, and system design
• English fluency required; German is a bonus
