Head of Product Analytics | €80B+ Revenue | DAX 40 | Customer Experience & Strategy | Cologne/Bonn (Hybrid)

AI Futures have been exclusively retained to appoint a Head of Product Analytics for a major organisation headquartered in Cologne, part of a group generating over €80 billion in annual revenue and listed on the DAX 40. This is a unique opportunity to influence group-wide customer and product strategy through data, driving optimisation, personalisation, and retention across millions of users.

You will lead analytics across the full customer journey—from onboarding and engagement to churn—shaping user experiences and supporting data-informed decisions across digital products. Your remit will include A/B testing, KPI frameworks, and delivering deep insights that impact product development, commercial performance, and executive decision-making.

Hybrid: 2 days per week onsite in Cologne/Bonn

Remuneration: Up to €250k total package

The Role

• Lead digital product analytics across key customer journeys (onboarding, conversion, engagement, retention)
• Define and evolve KPI frameworks tied to business impact (e.g. LTV, NPS, feature adoption, funnel efficiency)
• Own and expand experimentation programs including A/B testing, multivariate testing, and cohort analysis
• Deliver actionable insights that improve user experience and drive revenue growth
• Build scalable dashboards and data tools to enable product and design teams to self-serve insights
• Collaborate with product, marketing, engineering, and C-suite leaders to align data with strategy

The Candidate

• 10+ years of experience in analytics, insights, or product data roles, with recent leadership responsibilities
• Strong track record working with customer journey and behavioural data to improve digital experiences
• Demonstrated success using data to influence product roadmaps, UX decisions, and commercial outcomes
• Deep experience with A/B testing frameworks, experimentation design, and post-test analysis
• Highly proficient in SQL and Python; skilled in BI platforms like Tableau or Power BI
• Fluent in German; English a strong advantage
• Comfortable communicating with senior stakeholders and operating at both strategic and hands-on levels
