Business Analyst (Banking)

Monthly salary range: 2800-4000 Euro/month (gross)

Your future duties and responsibilities

• Work with the product owner and business stakeholders to understand and document requirements
• Turn business needs into clear technical tasks and process improvements
• Analyze data to spot trends, issues, and opportunities
• Break down features into detailed Jira user stories
• Test new features to make sure they meet expectations
• Lead workshops and meetings to keep everyone aligned
• Ensure data quality and follow compliance standards
  
  

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in a business analyst or similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Oracle SQL, Jira/Confluence and project management software
• Excellent English and Latvian communication skills
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus
• Familiarity with financial services or process automation projects is a strong advantage
