What will you be doing?

• Leading recruitment efforts and finding talents who will bring fresh energy to our team.
• Coordinating hiring processes, making sure documents are more organized than the socks in our drawer.
• Supporting managers in their search for ideal candidates and leading interviews that are even more fruitful than apples from grandma’s garden. 🍏
• Building strong relationships with candidates to make them feel like VIPs, because to us, each candidate is a potential superstar! 🌟
• Collaborating with the HR team to implement best practices and ideas – we welcome your creativity!

What are we looking for?

• Proficiency in the local language German and a solid command of English at B2/C1 level – language skills aren’t just a requirement; they’re your superpower! 💪
• Experience in HR or recruitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – we know not everyone can be like Morgan Freeman, but it would be great if you could engage people in a conversation. 😊
• Strong organizational skills – you should be able to bring order to chaos (even the chaos that sometimes erupts in our inboxes in the morning!).
• Familiarity with local employment regulations is a plus – it’s always good to be on the right side of the rules! 😉
