Golang Engineer – 7 Months – Amsterdam – Hybrid

The Opportunity:

You’ll join a responsible for delivering a database service via a scalable and automated platform. This is more than just software development, it's about enabling engineering teams to innovate faster by removing the operational burden of managing data stores.

In this role, you will design, build, and maintain the APIs using Go, ensuring it meets high standards for security, reliability, and performance. You’ll work closely with internal customers, handle support interactions, write documentation, and monitor system health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, document, and maintain the API written in Go.
• Contribute to API design, infrastructure security, and technical state controls.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth integration and platform adoption.
• Operate in an Agile/Scrum environment and play an active role in team planning and reviews.

Key Skills:

• 3+ years of Golang development experience
• Strong experience with OpenShift 4 / Kubernetes / Helm
• CI/CD expertise with Azure DevOps, pipelines, and Ansible
• Solid understanding of software security principles
• Familiarity with Linux RHEL 8/9 environments (nice to have)
• Excellent team player with strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience working in complex, high-performance Agile environments
