About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and business-oriented Data Analyst to drive reporting, visualization, and analytical initiatives within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. You will play a key role in identifying business problems, shaping success metrics, and providing actionable insights through data. This role requires a solid understanding of both business operations and technical tools, allowing you to act as a trusted partner to stakeholders and a mentor to junior analysts.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the design and delivery of end-to-end data analytics solutions, from ideation to implementation.
• Translate complex business questions into data-driven stories using advanced analysis and visualization techniques.
• Work autonomously within your domain to influence product and business decisions.
• Prepare, clean, and transform data from various sources to ensure analytical readiness.
• Design scalable and reproducible dashboards and reporting solutions to support long-term decision making.
• Communicate insights clearly and effectively to a variety of stakeholders, tailoring your messaging to audience needs.
• Mentor junior team members, lead by example, and share best practices within the analytics community.
• Collaborate with peers across data analytics, engineering, and business teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Actively contribute to community-building efforts such as recruitment, onboarding, and internal knowledge sharing.
• Stay informed about broader company data infrastructure and contribute to technical improvements and tooling evolution.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in data analytics, ideally within a product-driven or digital business.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Solid understanding of data workflows, metrics definition, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively in a fast-changing environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, especially when translating complex data into clear insights.
• A collaborative mindset, with a passion for mentoring and team development.
• Experience working across multiple teams or domains is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Python or R for statistical analysis.
• Experience in agile or cross-functional product teams.
• Exposure to experimentation, A/B testing, or causal inference techniques.
