The Impact You'll Make
As our Product Manager, you’ll play a key role in the continuous development of Gasketed & Welded heat exchangers portfolio.

You’ll collaborate across functions and take ownership of Gasketed and Welded products, helping us move toward a more efficient future.

What You’ll Be Doing
As Product manager – Gasketed and Welded Heat Exchangers you will be responsible for:

• Lead strategy and roadmap for Gasketed and Welded Heat Exchangers and related sales tools to deliver best service for internal and external stakeholders
• Owns end-to-end success of portfolio, product and market specification, as well as product lifecycle, from the concept through launch to the end-of-life.
• Defines and tracks product performance metrics, defines product maintenance actions and implements improvements along the value chain.
• Continuously learn and share knowledge to enhance how we serve customers
  

What We're Looking For

• Min 3 years’ experience in sales, project or product management and a strong ability to deliver results
• Knowledge of heat transfer industry, heat exchanger calculation tools or eagerness to learn
• Ability to work well independently as well as in cross-functional teams
• Understanding the full value chain of a product from development to sales
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, analytical, project and time management skills, with excellent verbal and written English skills a must.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or similar.
