The Job

Are you an experienced Business Analyst with a strong data mindset and a passion for driving digital transformation? Our client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join a cross-functional team responsible for delivering impactful applications in the Costing domain. In this role, you’ll be translating complex business requirements into clear user stories and technical specifications, driving improvements across data pipelines, and working closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders. Your insight will directly support smarter costing and supplier decisions across the business.

About You

You are a proactive and analytical Business Analyst with strong communication skills and at least 5 years of experience supporting web applications or digital products. You have the technical proficiency to write complex SQL/NoSQL queries, model APIs, and visualize data clearly for stakeholders. You know how to write crisp user stories, communicate across disciplines, and make sure nothing gets lost between business needs and software delivery.

• 5+ years' experience in Business Analysis, ideally in a digital or product-oriented environment
• Strong data querying and analysis skills (SQL/NoSQL)
• Proficiency with API integrations and data visualization tools
• Solid understanding of Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban) and product backlogs

The Salary, Location & Process

• Salary: €30-€35 per hour on B2B 12 month Contract (opportunity to extend)
• Location: Remote in Romania (You must be currently living and working in Romania)
