Summary:

The Project Manager – I&O EMEA is responsible for coordinating IT infrastructure service delivery across the EMEA region. Acting as the single point of contact for assigned projects, the role ensures timely, budget-compliant execution while aligning with business needs and IT standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead infrastructure projects from planning to delivery.
• Collaborate with architects to design solutions for non-standard requirements.
• Manage third-party vendors and service providers.
• Ensure smooth operational transition and service acceptance.
• Monitor project performance, budgets, and service quality.
• Drive continuous improvement and adherence to ITIL and security standards.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and SLA compliance.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s in IT or related field.
• PMP and SCRUM certifications; ITIL v3 certified.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure), data center infrastructure, and ITSM.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in multicultural, matrixed environments.

• No direct reports; interfaces with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
