At EBRO Factory, we are accelerating the digital transformation of our operations through robust and secure network infrastructure. We are looking for a Network Engineer to design, manage and evolve our network systems to support the performance, connectivity and cybersecurity of our industrial ecosystem.

๐Ÿ”ง Your Responsibilities

  • Network Design and Architecture
  • Design, plan and optimize network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, SD-WAN, etc.).
  • Propose improvements to ensure scalability, redundancy and high availability.
  • Evaluate and recommend new networking technologies (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, Fortinet...).
  • Administration and Maintenance
  • Configure, manage and monitor network devices: routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers and access points.
  • Monitor network performance using tools like Nagios, PRTG or SolarWinds.
  • Manage VLANs, IP addressing, QoS and routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP).
  • Network Security
  • Implement and maintain network security policies: firewalls, VPNs, segmentation, Zero Trust.
  • Perform vulnerability assessments and risk mitigation (IDS/IPS, access control).
  • Support penetration testing and keep configurations aligned with IT security standards.
  • Support and Troubleshooting
  • Diagnose and resolve complex connectivity and performance issues.
  • Provide Level 2/3 support for network-related incidents.
  • Document network diagrams, configurations and technical procedures.
  • Automation and Optimization
  • Automate networking tasks with Ansible, Python or scripting tools.
  • Manage configuration backups and version control of networking infrastructure.
  • Collaboration and Project Management
  • Work with systems, cloud and cybersecurity teams to implement integrated solutions.
  • Lead or support network deployments, data center migrations or new site setups.
  • Manage external vendors and contribute to solution evaluations and planning.

  • Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications or similar.
  • +3 years of experience in enterprise or industrial network environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba or similar platforms.
  • Experience with routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls and network monitoring tools.
  • Knowledge of industrial and OT networking (optional, but valued).
  • Proactive, analytical and team-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
