Robert Half are working on an exciting job opportunity for an ambitious and highly skilled DevOps Engineer.
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with more than 5 years of experience in the market. Our client is a leading technology company located in West Dublin. The position is hybrid, with 2 days WFH per week.
The Role and Your Profile
Responsibilities:
- Manage IT infrastructure, middleware, CI/CD tools and cloud platforms like AWS
- Automate operational processes fast, accurately and without errors.
- Collaborate with software engineers to make sure our systems meet the set requirements.
- Ensure system stability, scalability, security and high performance.
- Take an active role in the design and implementation of application build, release, deployment, and configuration activities.
- Help foster best practices in DevOps methodologies within the team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience working as a DevOps Engineer.
- Excellent knowledge of AWS and Terraform
- Proficiency in Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment methodologies.
- Demonstrable expertise in working with cloud-based infrastructure in AWS or similar.
- Excellent knowledge of Docker or similar containerization technologies.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools like Git.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Irish / EU Citizen (Due to company quota's which need to be met)
