📌 In few words

We are looking for a Data Analytics & Data Management Specialist to design and optimize SAP Analytics Cloud and Datasphere solutions, enabling advanced reporting, planning, and data integration across business processes.

🎯Activities

• Design and customize analytics applications using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for both reporting and planning purposes.
• Develop scalable and efficient data models and business layers in SAP Datasphere, integrating data from SAP and non-SAP sources.
• Configure and maintain spaces, data flows, consumption models, and semantic views within Datasphere.
• Ensure data models are optimized for performance, scalability, integrity, and availability.
• Build and enhance interactive dashboards, analytical stories, and self-service visualizations in SAC.
• Improve and stabilize existing SAC Planning implementations, including FTE planning, budgeting, data actions, and predictive functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and integrate SAC and Datasphere into end-to-end business processes.
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support and guidance to internal teams and stakeholders.

💼 Your profil

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field with a focus on data analysis and architecture, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP Datasphere.
• Solid experience in data management, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
• In-depth knowledge of SAC Planning processes, especially FTE planning and budgeting.
• Proficiency in JavaScript or similar scripting languages.
• Familiarity with non-SAP BI tools is a plus.
• Demonstrated autonomy, proactivity, and a hands-on approach with a strong focus on delivery and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and across hierarchical levels.
• Languages: Fluent in French and English; German is an asset.
• Willingness to travel between Geneva and Wangen by Dübendorf as needed.
