As a Product Manager, you will take ownership of the customer-facing inputs for defining and guiding the development of Olink products, from inception to market release.
Work with various teams like R&D, data science, support, marketing, and sales to deliver quality products.

Position Description:
We are currently seeking a Product Manager to join our Mid-Plex Product Management team at Olink.
As a Product Manager, you will take ownership of the customer-facing inputs for defining and guiding the development of Olink products, from inception to market release.
Work with various teams like R&D, data science, support, marketing, and sales to deliver quality products.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear and compelling product vision and strategy in line with the company's overall product portfolio and company goals.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify product personas, customer needs, market trends, market segmentation, and competitive landscape. Use this information to inform product decisions.
- Build and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the product's development timeline and key achievements.
- Requirements Definition: Work with collaborators to define and prioritize product features and requirements. Stratify the priority of identified features based on business/strategic value.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Data Science, Quality Assurance, Support, and Marketing, Sales, and Operations to ensure the flawless execution of the product roadmap.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure quality assurance processes are in place and followed by the relevant teams, such as Supply Chain.
- Launch and Go-to-Market: Defining the product solution story. Planning and implementing product launches, including trainings, marketing strategies, sales enablement, and customer support.
- Feedback Management: Gather and analyze user feedback and usage data to make data-driven decisions for product improvements.
- Financial: Define pricing strategy and implementation. Monitor revenue and optimize the value the product brings to the overall portfolio.
- Post-Launch Product Lifecycle Management: Assess the product's performance and make decisions regarding updates, improvements, or end-of-life strategies.
- Scientific Responsibility: Monitor the neurology market to stay updated with the recent advancements in the field. Collaborate with KOLs and researchers to gather insights and ensure that products meet the highest standards and achieve market success.
- Relevant degree in Life Sciences
- An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Technical background and understanding of product development.
- Full professional proficiency in English
- Strong analytical approach and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A proactive and pragmatic solution-seeking approach.
