Onshore Field Services Manager

A Snapshot of Your Day: he is responsible to execute and staff Field Service projects within the subregion on GS D and GS C products and to potentially support outside the sub region on an ad-hoc basis, together with the team.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Reporting directly to the Head of Onshore Field Service within your sub-region
• Managing FS headcount within your organization.
• Building strong partnerships and communication with respective PCCs withing FS global organization.
• Good communication with PM organization.
• Optimal FS team setup based on short-term and long-term planning both for planned and unplanned outages
• Recruiting of required FS headcount within the region need.
