Amaris Consulting is looking for a Senior Flutter Developer to join our client team and contribute to the development of robust, high-performance mobile applications. This role is ideal for candidates with strong Flutter expertise and a passion for clean architecture, user experience, and agile delivery. The position is based on a hybrid working model, requiring on-site presence at the client’s Libadiye office 2 days per week.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Build pixel-perfect, responsive, and accessible UIs based on wireframes and design guidelines.
• Implement clean and scalable architectural patterns (Bloc, Clean Architecture).
• Ensure code quality through unit, widget, and integration testing.
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver features in an Agile (Scrum) environment.
• Manage package dependencies and integrate third-party libraries using Flutter’s package management system.
• Oversee the full mobile development lifecycle from design to App Store / Play Store deployment.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance, quality, and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews, CI/CD workflows, and development process improvements.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in mobile application development on any platform.
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Flutter/Dart.
• Proficient in building complex UIs using core Flutter components and layout systems.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices.
• Experience translating Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD designs into clean Flutter code.
• In-depth knowledge of Bloc state management and clean architecture principles.
• Solid grasp of mobile application lifecycle and app deployment processes.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
