Project

You will be involved in a financial project focused on developing and implementing innovative business solutions such as Verification of Payee and Request to Pay. The project includes delivering a full-stack solution with a graphical user interface (UI) designed for both internal and future external users. The UI must follow Comapny’s design guidelines, be configurable, and support a modular architecture to accommodate new solution modules.

Responsibilities You'll Have

• Conduct user research to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors
• Translate research insights into user journeys, experience flows, and design concepts
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI mockups
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and analytics
• Advocate for accessibility, inclusive design, and UX best practices
• Maintain and update design documentation and component libraries
• Clearly communicate design rationale to cross-functional teams
• Work within an agile development environment to deliver continuous improvements
  
  

Expected competences and knowledge

• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and methodologies
• Proficiency in Figma for creating design assets and prototypes
• Experience designing flexible, reusable UI components and layouts
• Familiarity with agile development processes and tools
• Ability to design for both internal and external users with varying needs
• Understanding of accessibility standards and usability best practices
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
