Summary
The primary objective of the UI/UX Designer role is to create a user-friendly and efficient graphical user interface (UI) for the business solutions, ensuring the design adheres to Client’s guidelines and supports both internal and external users.

Summary
The primary objective of the UI/UX Designer role is to create a user-friendly and efficient graphical user interface (UI) for the business solutions, ensuring the design adheres to Client’s guidelines and supports both internal and external users.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research to identify needs, pain points, and behavioral patterns.
- Translate insights into experience flows.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI mockups.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and data.
- Advocate for accessibility, inclusive design, and usability best practices.
- Maintain and contribute to design documentation.
- Communicate design rationale clearly to cross-functional teams.
- Work within agile development environments.
- Familiarity with Figma design tool.
- Experience with user research methodologies.
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in iterative design processes.
- Understanding of accessibility and usability best practices.
- Experience working in an agile environment.
